With more than 40 years of experience in real estate, construction, and project delivery, Mr. Krause has led the planning and execution of projects across a wide range of asset classes and markets throughout the United States. His career has been defined by the ability to align development strategy, design, construction, and operational objectives to support successful project outcomes.
Mr. Krause founded Path Construction in 2008 and has guided the company’s growth into a nationally recognized builder serving clients across multiple markets and sectors. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from early planning and pre-construction through development, construction, and project delivery.
