Jack Higgins serves as Partner of Strategic Development for Converge RE Ventures, where he helps shape the firm’s development strategy and identifies opportunities across a range of real estate sectors. Drawing on decades of experience, he provides guidance on acquisitions, capitalization, entitlement, project planning, and execution, helping navigate the development process.
With more than 40 years of experience in real estate development, Mr. Higgins has built a distinguished career leading large-scale projects across a variety of markets and property types. Prior to joining Converge RE Ventures, he founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Higgins Development Partners, where he directed all aspects of the development process, including site selection, acquisitions, financing, entitlement, design, construction, leasing, and asset disposition.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Higgins has overseen the development of more than $5 billion in real estate projects. His experience spans the full development lifecycle, providing the strategic insight and market perspective needed to evaluate opportunities and advance projects from concept to completion.
