Jeremy Stanulis, AIA, LEED AP, serves as a Project Executive for Converge RE Ventures, where he provides leadership throughout the planning, design, and pre-development phases of real estate projects. His ability to bridge design, construction, and development objectives helps projects move efficiently from initial concept through execution while maintaining a focus on quality, functionality, and long-term performance.
A licensed architect with more than 30 years of experience in the building industry, Mr. Stanulis brings extensive expertise in project planning, feasibility analysis, design management, entitlement coordination, and construction execution. Throughout his career, he has guided projects across hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and residential sectors, developing a comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence successful project outcomes.
Prior to joining Converge RE Ventures, Mr. Stanulis founded and led J Stanulis Architects, where he directed projects from initial vision through construction completion. His experience across both architecture and construction provides a unique perspective on evaluating development opportunities, solving complex project challenges, and aligning design decisions with financial and operational objectives.
