Will Cornish serves as a Development Analyst at Converge RE Ventures, where he supports the development team throughout the full project lifecycle, from acquisition and financing through construction and stabilization. His responsibilities include underwriting investment opportunities, structuring capital stacks, developing financial models, managing construction loan draws, monitoring project budgets, coordinating operations, and overseeing leasing performance to help ensure projects achieve their underwriting objectives.
Prior to joining Converge, Will worked as a multifamily investment sales broker with Kiser Group and as a leasing consultant with Waterton, gaining experience across acquisitions, investment analysis, and property operations. He has worked on multifamily projects and brings a well-rounded perspective to development opportunities.
Will attended Illinois State University, where he focused his studies on entrepreneurship. His expertise includes underwriting, financial analysis, capital structuring, development execution, and operational performance management.
