Justin Krause serves as Executive Vice President of Converge RE Ventures, where he provides leadership across the firm’s development, investment, and project execution activities. He works closely with ownership groups, capital partners, and project teams to guide opportunities from acquisition and underwriting through design, construction, and stabilization. His experience spans multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, healthcare, retail, education, and public-sector developments.
A third-generation construction professional with more than 17 years of industry experience, Mr. Krause brings a practical, execution-focused perspective to every stage of the development process. Beginning his career in the field as a carpenter, he built a foundation that expanded into estimating, project management, and executive leadership. His background in both development and construction allows him to evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and drive projects from concept through completion.
